RudeYute
Hi,I have modified an install by adding some SATA drivers to it - everything else I left untouched.Upon boot, the CD gives me error code 4 (not sure what that is).... can anyone tell me why?If it helps, I am using an already slipstreamed SP2 CD (release by ETH0). Is this likely to cause any problems? Not sure what was used to make the original.Really getting bored without my desktop, so would be good to get it going again, without having to go out and buy a redudent floppy disk drive. Thanks
RudeYute
I should add, when I don't get a code 4, the setup starts fine, but still doesn't find the SATA Drive.
edddflint
You can try this link looks like it may be a driver issue but I'm no expert. Just trying to help.Error Etho are they like a reseller? I wouldn't trust a slipstreamed disk that someone else did Edited August 11, 2006 by edddflint
nuhi
Some SATA drivers is hardly informative and warez software isn't supported even though this issue probably isn't related since some drivers don't work but it may in next version.

rado354
Today I got: "Setupdd.sys could not be loaded. Error code 4."Is this what you are talking about?
RudeYute
No, Before loading the setup, it gave Error Code 4. Nothing else. It didn't even start the blue screen.
