videobruce
I can't find for the life of me any way to bypass entering your password everytime the computer boots using XP Home (sp2). I'm not familar with the 'home' version as I have only used the 'Pro' version a few times. 2k (which I perfer) and XP Pro allow a password and a provision to "remember password" at login time. Doesn't the 'Home' version have the same?? Edited August 10, 2006 by videobruce
SwimmerB
I have used a program just a few times called autologon. This can be gotten from sysinternals. I have also used a program that I think can be found on Novell's site that could do what you need call autolog. This adds novell stuff to but don't need to turn it on. Takeshi
XP HE supports autologon the same way as XP Pro. Go to control userpasswords2 to set it or use TweakUI.
