dafreaking Posted August 16, 2006 Posted August 16, 2006 My new 300gb Sata II Seagate died on me in 4 days pops clicks beeps the works. the system wouldnt go beyond "verifying DMI pool data"my main system drive.. which is a 80gb Deathstar was also giving problems but it turned out to be the ATA Cable.
ripken204 Posted August 16, 2006 Posted August 16, 2006 well for the seagate thats not really a problem. if you but a new drive and it dies in a few days then its just a goof in the drive and you can get another one..
