I need to setup a static ip but seem to have deleted ipconfig.exe via nlite, is there anyway i can get it of my xp disc?

check your XP CD for the folder I386 and in it you will find IPCONFIG.EX_

You can extract it with 7zip.

Allmost forgot, you need to copy it to system32 folder

im pretty sure you can run it from any location...

if you dont have 7zip... at command prompt type expand - r path/to/file/ipconfig.ex_

EDIT: goin by your sig u probably have 7zip

Just make a new txt file and rename the file extension to bat.

pause

2

ipconfig/release

3

ipconfig/renew

Most of us need only 1.
