03GrandAmGT
Clear the following. To do this close IE/Firefox, and go to the start menu. Find your Explorer button and drill down to where you see the same as what is in the image attached. Open each of the folders and delete everything. PLEASE note that this will also clear any internet sites you have recently been to. This will also make IE rebuild it's index file. In Firefox (GREAT Program), while in Explorer goto 1st image attached is Firefox Directory.FIREFOX ONLYC:\Documents and SettingsYour user account "what ever name you use on your system."Application DataMozillaFirefoxProfiles0utmn4tc.default "This will will have a different name on your system."Delete the following files.historycookiesInternet EXPLORER ONLYtemporary internet filescookies historyAnd I would recommend doing a spyware, adware, virus scan on your entire system. I saw somewhere on the web somebody was having problems getting certain pages to load up. He was recommended to do a scan of his system which he did and found lot's of spyware and 2 trojans.Good Luckjd
