  1. Thankyou jd, I will try that and get back to you.
  2. And how do I do this to the Inernet browser? Thanks again. And by the way I'm not being a smarta--...one of you accused me of not answering a question which I didn't understand and I was simply stating my case. I appreciate the help but Internet is not my area of expertise, which is why I'm using the forum.
  3. Yay something I can understand! Thankyou so much. I did this and it worked for my personal MSN space but I'm still getting the error message for other spaces. Thankyou heaps though!!
  4. I've told you all I know! I know that it's a cable modem and it's a local area connection. I'm not a huge computer person so I don't really know what you're talking about. Thanks for your suggestions so far but I really don't understand what you're asking me so I'll work something else out. Thanks anyway
  5. It's a network connection. Would I have to contact my ISP? The MSN Spaces service is not down because I can access it on other computers other than my own.
  6. Yeh i am. Still the same error message, nothings changed.
  7. Cable Thanks
  8. For the last week I haven't been able to view any msn spaces sites. I constantly get the error message in both IE and Firefox to check my Internet connection. I can view any other site so obviously I am connected. An example of the error message is: Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage Most likely causes: You are not connected to the Internet. The website is encountering problems. There might be a typing error in the address. What you can try: Check your Internet connection. Try visiting another website to make sure you are connected. Retype the address. I've tried all these suggestions and still no luck. I can also access MSN spaces on other computers, even when I am logged in under my MSN passport so there obviously isn't any network problems with MSN spaces or my specific passport account. I'm thinking there may be some kind o virus or an Internet security setting preventing me from visiting these sites. PLEASE HELP! Much appreciated!!
