Quick Edit doesn't like €/EURO symbol

The title says everything : I have problems using € symbol with quick edit.

This is the EURO symbol : €

I'll post this new topic, then quick edit my post without changing anything and it won't work anymore.

@any mod, full edit my post, don't change anything, don't type, just press "submit modified post" and € symbol should be back.

I also had "loading please wait" a couple of times. But not always.

I guess IPB simply doesn't support some character sets in Quick Edit.

NB: using a WinXP SP2 computer WITHOUT nlite.

IPSBeyond has something with custom BB code which can make this work ok i think.... i will try this when i am back home :)
