embe Posted October 8, 2006 Posted October 8, 2006 (edited) NO! Maybe! You CAN! only if you are clever and name the svcpack stuff the same example if the old java was named java.exe just rename the java1.5.10 java.exe and drop it and overwrite the one in the svcpack folder inside your i386 folder. Then that leaves out the new hotfixes... But dont use nLite after you alredy use DPs Base on a sourceOki, thanks. This means I can modify source in any way except svcpack.inf....? How do you integrate new hotfixes into source for the future use after you already modiefied it with DPbase?? Edited October 8, 2006 by embe
ricktendo Posted October 9, 2006 Author Posted October 9, 2006 You CAN! modify svpack.inf to install hotfixes just do it by hand, just make sure to not use nLite or any other tool after DPs Base, your addons will fail. Why dont you want to start fresh?

pmshah Posted October 21, 2006 Posted October 21, 2006 Simply use freeware DriverMax to extract all the drivers, add them to the drivers directory & point to the inf files in winnt.sif. Works absolutely perfectly.
ricktendo Posted October 21, 2006 Author Posted October 21, 2006 Im currently testing it out with DriverMax right now, thanks for the info pmshah
