In Vmware you can install your XP unattended right yo make sure it works.

hiw do u setup it you from an ISO images to install.

Gratefull for any input on this

VMWare supports ISO images as well. It should be in the preferences for the created OS in vmware

is that the same in Virtual PC as well becuase i cant find out to install a OS from a ISO images.

Yes its in there somewhere (sorry, been some time ago since I installed vmware.) Have preferred Virtual PC due to its speed, but might go back to Vmware for its snapshot feature.

I really do prefer Virtual Pc its way faster and simpler to operate....but the Snapshot feature is very nice......

You would think VPc would incorperate it..

I agree i have only been running it for a few hours and it much faster and easyer to use

They do...While in the OS (not in full-screen mode), press your "Host" key to release your mouse, go to "Edit", and click on "Select All", and then click on "Copy"...What's so hard about that? You don't call that a snapshot feature!? :)

So what's the snapshot feature do, rofl!? :)  :rolleyes: :rofl:

The snapshot is like a REALLY goo Go back utillity. I take a image of everything, INCLUDING what was even in the tep mem files!

ITs like a restore point on roids

Could someone please direct me to where i set up which iso image to boot off in VirtualPC? I scoured the options, preferences etc, and even the help files, but cant seem to find it.
