When i try to watch a video on my pc it locks up freezes and i have to hit the restart button to get it working again.....i have just reinstalled windows and tried it and it has happend again so i think its a hardware problem...but what peice of hardware?

wow another video problem. hmm, what temps are u getting at idle and load? have u tried using vlc media player?

the game problems what just frames aparting (no smooth videos) and outside the videos wont open the media players just lock up my pc.

I have tried WMP10 and 11beta, Real player, quicktime, divx

What is your video card, direct x version, codecs players installed.

I have sorted the problem now......My mother board was starting to die on my so i have bougth another one and it has fixed the problem
