deathwarder Posted July 8, 2006 Posted July 8, 2006 I have already done some basic stuff with nlite, including integrating certain programs, tweaks, and drivers, but I was wondering how to make my other programs install automaticlly after the windows installation finishes. I just want to make a dvd that will install everything I need to be back up and operational. Please help.
ricktendo Posted July 8, 2006 Posted July 8, 2006 (edited) U mean like this http://www.ryanvm.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=511There called addons and u can search for them on this site http://www.ryanvm.net/msfn/InstructionsDrivers http://www.driverpacks.net/Make ur own addons with nLite Addon Maker found at http://virtualltek.mgbr.net/inicial.php?page=down08 Edited July 8, 2006 by ricktendo64
T D Posted July 9, 2006 Posted July 9, 2006 Yeah, he means like blinkdt, addons are installed DURING windows installation.
deathwarder Posted July 9, 2006 Author Posted July 9, 2006 What I mean is without addons, to schedule the install of programs like photoshop after xp installs.
deathwarder Posted July 9, 2006 Author Posted July 9, 2006 yeah, could I give you the list of my software so that you could tell me if it can silent install?1.Nero 7 ultra2.Photoshop cs23.Visual Studio 20054.Firefox5.Spybot s&d6.Folding@Home7.Uharc Gui8.itunes9.ipod updater10.quicktime11.dreamweaver 8
T D Posted July 10, 2006 Posted July 10, 2006 (edited) Or you could use google.Nero 7: nero7.exe /qn /norestart (i think)photoshop: setup.exe TRANSFORMS=Unattended.MST /qn /norestartVisual studio: not sure of any specific switches, I only use VB.NET and i don't silent install it.Firefox: firefox setup.exe -msspydot: spybotsd14.exe /VERYSILENTF@H: I don't remember... it overheated my cpu up to 70 degrees celcius so I stopped using it.uharc: no ideaitunes + quicktime: itunesandquicktime.exe /S /V"/qn REBOOT=ReallySuppress"dreamweaver: setup.exe /S /V"/qn REBOOT=ReallySuppress" (i think)Google wise installtailor to create transforms.
