Needs to support LGA775 Intel P4 3.2ghz 800fsb W/HT

PC2700

at least 3 pci slots

Need AGP or PCe

there's not much choices that are good... perhaps he should get some ddr2. a gig of it is less than 100$

I'd go with this one too, the 865 chipset has been around for quite some time and with few problems.

if it supports pc3200 then it will support the slower modules like pc2700 and pc2100 aswell.
