i was wondering if any of you guys had heard of this i just found it and it compression ratio looks impressive and didnt know if would be possibly to use it instead of 7zip of winrar it can be found here

I tried this out on a few .iso files that were around 700MB. One was a CBT title full of .avi files, the other was of many smaller mixed file types. In both cases the resulting archive file was significantly larger than what 7-Zip produced and it took in the neighborhood of 20 to 30 times as long to do it. No thanks..

looks ok. ill stick with WinRAR though as i have yet to find any archiving software that even comes close to its functionality aswell as compression.

KGB is little too slow and memory hungry for better compression!

yeah, it maybe use only on intellegency agent , it can compress 400mb files into 4mb (except image,video,audio), it possibly used to distribute warez app or games
