I can use the original cd, an older version hfslip'ed (not sure of the number) but with 60425 I get an invalid key during installation. In fact all known good keys are invalid.

Unattended install of Win 2k, same winnt.sif file, just newer updates. Tried several known good keys, none working.

All known good keys? How many do you have?

Have you tested the source directory in a VM? I have seen on numerous occasions that files do not copy correctly from the CD player. Can you please post up your hfslip.log file so we can take a look?

I have 14 2k keys. I know, only need one. I do my testing in something like a vm, I use the unattend.bat and change the location; /tempdrive:<drive>. May be a little slower than a vm but works better in my opinion. I resolved the issue. It was a corrupt copy to my HDD from the CD. Thanks!!!
