btw how will you distribute the project? we unable to post a link of modded version of whole windows isn't? or you gonna pack the things were not added on default windows?

I was thinking maybe an $OEM$ folder and reg tweaks. Maybe the modded hive. All this should be ok.

i'm behind a linux router so a firewall is no problem for me. also,since i don't use i.e. or outlook, an anti-virus program is not needed.

NeX should make a good shell with low resources.

don't forget to add gdiplus.dll into NeXCommon folder or it won't work at all, strange enough i get a bug while playing with NeX, so dirt better test it before repacking

I didnt see the gdiplus in the D/L section

try sharpE it use less ram but the problem is the size (~20mb)
