Toolbar size

Operating System: Windows98SE

Is there any way to decrease the size of toolbar present below the file, edit, view etc.

I can judge that if it is reduced at one place it will be reduced everywhere e.g., Internet Explorer, Outlook Express etc.

i'm not exactly remember the win98se thing, but i think you can choose to use large or small toolbar isn't? just right click on the toolbar and select customize, will it help?

Right click the toolbar, select Cutomise, then see here:

Actually i have been installing and uninstalling few customizing programs probably they caused these problems. I am thinking of formatting and then reinstalling.

Anybody can tell me about making an image of whole partition. Someone told me its better than windows Backup.
