Does anyone know of a running list thats updated with fixes and patches that are being put into Windows Server 2003 SP1? Does Microsoft or some other site have such a list which is public?

That is a service pack for Windows 2003 Server. It is not for Windows XP, so if you are not running Win2k3 Server you do not need it.
