magicfly Posted July 2, 2003 Posted July 2, 2003 hi guys, i need a big help i've installed windows messenger and msn messenger but i use only msn messenger 5.if i remove windows messenger i can lose some features like remote assistance...so i have to keep both of themnow that's my question I DON'T WANT TO RUN WINDOWS MESSENGER ON BACKGROUND AT STARTUP, I TRIED TO MODIFY THE RULES OF STARTUP BY THE FILE MSCONFIG.EXE BUT IT DOESN'T WORK BECAUSE EVERYTIME MSMSGS (WINDOWS MESSENGER ) IS ALWAYS PRESENT ON TRAY please help i don't want to run win messenger but only msn 5 thanks a lot
