New Accounts

Is there a program that i can launch at GUIRunonce, or T13. That can create user's, assign administrator accounts ETC. That way i dont have to use M$ default. And i can use completely unattended values, except for the entering of user's ETC?

try the following commands:

net user

net localgroup

I know i can do the REG parts easy. I need a program that i can run that will allow the user too create such logons, and admins etc.

See what im wanting is too skip this "See screen shot." And have a program that runs at GUIrunonce that allows for user creation and such...

Make sure your winnt.sif has

[GuiUnattended]
...
	OemSkipRegional=1
	OemSkipWelcome=1
...

I don't remember if "OemSkipWelcome=1" is enough.
