is it possible to keep folders at the bottom of a directory upon restart of windows? in this case in my quick launch menu

screenshot:-

this is how i want to keep the 4 folders, at the bottom, as you can see i have my shortcuts to restart , shut down , log off, and browser and desktop shorcuts in the quicklanch toolbar, but upon every restart (or close quicklaunch and reopen) windows automatically bumps the folders up to the top making my 4 quick launch restart and browser buttons turn into the folders looking like this

as you can now see my quicklaunch restart , shut down , logoff and maxthon browser shortcuts have now been moved to the top replacing them with my folders in the toolbar. what im having to do at the moment (after each restart) is opening quick launch, drag the 4 folders onto desktop and then dragging them back into the quick launch folder again, making my restart logoff, browser shortcuts appear where i want them again (on the toolbar) this is very annoying, as ive tried pretty much everything i know on fixing this issue with no luck, ive came up with a close solution (but not good enough) i took the folders out quicklaunch completly and placed them on my storage partition, and draged them back into quicklaunch folder, but holding alt key before dropping (forcing shortcuts) this works as far as keeping them at the bottom as long as i add letter (z) at the beggining. (you may notice ive added numbers to my shortcuts i want in the toolbar, 1show desktop, 2log off, 3restart, 4shut down, 5maxthon. this keeps them where i want them, at the top, but folders get priority even over numbers :( ) the only thing with adding shortcuts to folders in quiclaunch instead of the actuall folders themselves, is that i no longer get sub menus while highlighted in quicklaunch, instead a click is required which opens the whole folder in explorer, which defeats the whole object of quicklaunch.

it seems that windows gives sub dir folders priority to be at the top everytime a windows logoff / restart occurs, is there a way i can dissable this with some kind of registry tweak maybe...?

thanx for reading my post, i await in hope for a fix to this snnoying situation

no that doesent do it, i got as far as being able to keep the folders to stay at the bottom of the quicklaunch folder, by arranging by name, but upon restart / logoff the folders still replace my restart , shutdown , logoff , maxthon icons on the toolbar? any other ideals anyone??

can some1 please tell me the path in regedit to the quicklaunch?? maybe i can do something there? thanx

I have other bar than quicklaunch (that I have disabled) and I arrange icons and at restart icons keep their location. I havn't any special regtweaks to keep that.
