You can schedule any defrager. Just use the Task Scheduler in the Control Panel. Other than that, go to download.com.

There is no "free" defragmenter that will do a good enough job to really let you appreciate what a terrific one like PerfectDisk can do for your system.

Plus, the "automatic" ones can get really irritating after some time.

I agree with prathapml. That's why I do it myself when I want to do it.
