PDF FILES WILL NOT OPEN

Featured Replies

I hope that this is the correct Forum for this post.

I have a problem when trying to open a .pdf file. If I "click" on a .pdf "link", a new window opens but the file itself does not. However, if I "save target as" and save the .pdf file to desktop, I can then open the file without any problem.

Using Windows XP

Can anyone help please.

What PDF reader do u use? What connection do you use, if you have a slow internet connection and try to open link in ur internet browser it may take few mins to open it...

Adobe Acrobal 6.0 with a Broadband connection

Try to install Acrobat Reader v7.07 and see if it helps..

if you just want to view PDF Files, Foxit PDF Reader is much better. Takes up much less HD space, is free. Very nice tool. :)
