Guest zipzapdhoom Posted February 11, 2006 Posted February 11, 2006 i want to know that wher i put WPI folder in my xp cd and wher i put wpi.cmd. wher i put my instalation programs. and what path i provid in WPI for my installation programs. plz provid me a simple guide or plz explain here. thx.one more thing in WPI process can i need cmdlines.txt and RunOnceEx.cmd.

newcasper Posted February 18, 2006 Posted February 18, 2006 i want to know that wher i put WPI folder in my xp cdin the root of your CDwher i put wpi.cmd.in $OEM$\$$\system32 wher i put my instalation programs.does not matter for example make a new folder in the root of ur cd and call it Programswhat path i provid in WPI for my installation programsif u made as I said u will type like that %cdrom%\Programs\one more thing in WPI process can i need cmdlines.txt and RunOnceEx.cmd.add this command to winnt.sif[GuiRunOnce] "%systemroot%\system32\wpi.cmd"sorry I am not familiar with runonceex.cmdbye the way do not forget to put WPI.ico in the root of ur cdI hope I could answer all ur questions and u r right not of all ur questions were answered in the tutorials
