in the root of your CD in $OEM$\$$\system32 does not matter for example make a new folder in the root of ur cd and call it Programs if u made as I said u will type like that %cdrom%\Programs\ add this command to winnt.sif [GuiRunOnce] "%systemroot%\system32\wpi.cmd" sorry I am not familiar with runonceex.cmd bye the way do not forget to put WPI.ico in the root of ur cd I hope I could answer all ur questions and u r right not of all ur questions were answered in the tutorials

I faced the same problem and that was because there was a dot (.) in the end of description of a program and when I removed it everything works fine
