February 10, 200620 yr could be a Driver development kit for vista, i haven't heard of a driver kit or download from MS yet, it also could just be a compilation of drivers people have found to work with vistaCorrection, there is a windows driver kit but it more looks like for building drivers and testing them to work with vista, could try dloading that file and see what you get
