tommyp
Please visit Tomcat76's sticky for what hotfixes go where and read the instructions on FDVs site. Since you didn't attach your error_report file, I'll assume that you are doing an XPSP2. As per the instructions of FDVs site, HFSLIP does not slipstream dotnet items, but there are workarounds. Also, the the windows media connect has a filename of wmcsetup.exe. Dumb question, but why were you trying to do .net 2.0 and .net 1v3? I would think that either you want v1 OR v2. hevnbnd
Ok I attached my error report. I have read the stickys and the instructions on FDVs site. I am using SP2 and i was under the impression that v1 and v2 .net were both needed for different apps. Ok missed adding media connect some how. Looks like i just need some input on getting the above hfs to work.
Tomcat76
@TommyP:v1.1 is supposed to replace v1.0, but v2.0 is a "new technology".@hevnbnd:1) I suspect "dotnet11sp1.exe" is RyanVM's installer. It includes the KB886903 update so you don't need it in your HF folder.2) When including .NET 1.1, you no longer need the update for .NET 1.0.3) Rename all files in the HFSVPK folder to a maximum of 8 characters.
