The008 Posted January 29, 2006 Share Posted January 29, 2006 maybe the MSCDEX didn't fix the variable %CDROM%, so setup couldn't be found. Win98 and WinME uses findcd.exe to fix the variable %CDROM%, so they can install windows.If you want, I can send you a boot disk that will auto start the Win98 installation, so you can modify the boot image to install Win311 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
