Flash Posted June 5, 2003 Posted June 5, 2003 Now i been playing Counter-Strike for a long time now... Since 1.3. Am i right in saying that XP sets CS at 60fps max? Alot of my clan members say this but i dont really believe it and have kept with my 60fps which in some cases is a bit annoying I know theres some programs out there that change some of your monitor settings (powerstrip) but the thing is i have a flat panel TFT monitor, if it buggers it up thats £600 down the pan and there's no way i want that as i love this monitor I know about taking Vsync off which gives you 100fps, but the thing is, i would do this but my control panel to my graphics card locks up as soon as i go to the advanced settings, i just cant get into it, and i have the latest drivers too... Mind you i hate my card GeForce 3 Ti200, ack!! Help me pls If you can recommend a possible proggy that works well, be much appreciated...
Jay_Stealth Posted June 5, 2003 Posted June 5, 2003 if you set "fps_max "100"" in your config file you should be ok but net graph will still show 60 even tho your getting more weird i know but anyways
Flash Posted June 6, 2003 Author Posted June 6, 2003 That true then? Why would net_graph lie, it's like a brother to me
