puntoMX
Other brands too are busy making RAM-Drives. It will come out but when we still don’t know when. This is another brand: http://www.ddrdrive.com/It is a PCI-E 1x card with max. 8GB DDR RAM.And then you have Cenatek Rocket Drive solid state disk...All these brands have announced them, but I never saw them sold any were. jondercik
You have any idea on the price of the ddrdrive? The thing that was supposed to be really nice about the IRAM is that itself is was affordable and appeared to Windows as a normal SATA hard drive so you didnt need any additional drivers on top of your controller card and could install Windows directly to it.The centek drive starts at like $1000 for 1gb or so.Jim
puntoMX
No idea on prices. best way is to google for it. I never saw them in stores or web-shops. Not in Europe, not in the USA and less here in Mexico (mexico su x when it comes to a nice peace of hardware).
