Windows Live Boards Beta

With all these Windows Live Messenger invites being given out to both 1st and 2nd generation testers, many people are asking how invitees are supposed to obtain support and provide feedback. Currently this can be done through feedback.live.com and support.live.com but for many people this is very much a one-way process: giving information to Microsoft and probably not hearing anything back in return.

Well this is about to change, with the introduction of the new Message Board Service (boards.live.com). Through this portal, users can communicate with the users of other services and receive help and support from MVPs and MSN Support staff. The service isn't just limited to Messenger though, with many other Windows Live services present, as well as MSNBC, MSN Travel and MSN Health & Fitness.

Currently the service doesn't reflect its final appearance (it appears to be aimed at Latin American users) so it might be taken down until it is ready for release, however the included screenshot shows what you will likely see for the Windows Live products.
