Mocht4R Posted January 3, 2006 Posted January 3, 2006 I don't know why, but macromedia shockwave player doesn't work on Opera! I tried everything, but it still doesn't work! I know it's not Opera's fault though. Can anyone give me any suggestions? Anybody have the same problem? (Please don't tell me to use firefox.)
gamehead200 Posted January 3, 2006 Posted January 3, 2006 Use Firefox! Just kidding... How long ago did you install Macromedia's Shockwave Player? Have you tried going to Macromedia's site and reinstall it? Maybe the plug-in somehow got removed.
Mocht4R Posted January 3, 2006 Author Posted January 3, 2006 (edited) I intsalled it when i got my computer. I reinstalled it like 5 times. In the plug-ins section of Opera, there is no macromedia shockwave player. I even asked macromedia this question on there site, they said something about installing what i installed the first place (useless support). I went back to Opera folder (program files) and under plug ins, there was a missing file NP32DSW.DLL. Any suggestions? Edited January 3, 2006 by bms
KevinMo Posted January 4, 2006 Posted January 4, 2006 I suppose just search the dll filename with google, you'll get what you want...
