Is there a media player where you can preset sections?

Is there a player/plugin where you can set...for example: 0:00 ~ 2:25 to be a section, and label it, and 2:26~5:00 to be another. And just click on labels to jump through a long mp3 file?

Yes there is. But its not really a media player. There are programs out there that help you edit or make your own songs/tunes/sounds/etc. But i don't think thats what you are looking for.
