BitDefender 9 Professional Plus modified msi

Here is Bitdefender 9 Pro

FileSize 18.5MB

I modified the msi to remove Parental Control.

Then I made a Winrar SFX installer.

You can download it from here http://tinyurl.com/bkygj

All you need to do is to add your own serial key.

Once you have finished downloading Bit.exe

Right Click Bit.exe and select Open With Winrar

Go to the Comments option on the toolbar of Winrar

Edit this line only

;The comment below contains SFX script commands

Setup=bdis.msi /qb! REBOOT=ReallySuppress SCAN=0 UPDATE=0 ICON=1 WIN_KEY="xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx"

TempMode

Silent=1

Overwrite=1

This will silently install Bitdefender with your serial. Cheers Mates

Roxio is one of the worst products out there.

i would not touch it with a 10 foot pole.

u will have to mod it yourself.

Nice job on bitdefender bud.

Gotta agree with ya re the Roxio, had that a few years ago & had nuthin but headaches glad I got rid of that.

should the win-key switch work with the original msi, too? i still get the popup after installing with this WINKEY option. am i doing something wrong :-(?

I have this installed on several workstations at work.

no problems if you know how to configure it properly.

ehmmm! nice program! and ı am a fun of their product but ı am using some sharing progs and using internet a lot! ı managed to open ports for my certain programs but ı experienced some slowdown in my connection! if u can do the same thing for prof edition v9., ı ll be a happy man! btw ı liked your silent installer for the software! thought again may be u can make a guide for it! thanx for advance!
