December 20, 200520 yr Hey Syed, Namaste....Well as such there are no facilities provided on window xp Pro, by which you can set a password for the whole drive. You need to use various tweaks and tools available to achieve, what you wanna do with your computer.I suggest you to use the software by the name Cryptainer LE in the below mention link to resolve ur Problemhttp://www.snapfiles.com/freeware/security/fwencrypt.htmlRegards,MinbugsENJOY.........
December 21, 200520 yr Author No i want Without any software to create password. Is it possible or not in Win XP?. I know one optionRight click on the drive (must be NTFS) go to properties, then security.Another option i want.
December 21, 200520 yr This isn't possible with Windows XP (or any Windows version based on the NT kernel). Permissions are granted on a user-by-user and/or group-by-group basis.
