  1. Hey Syed, Namaste....Well as such there are no facilities provided on window xp Pro, by which you can set a password for the whole drive. You need to use various tweaks and tools available to achieve, what you wanna do with your computer. I suggest you to use the software by the name Cryptainer LE in the below mention link to resolve ur Problem http://www.snapfiles.com/freeware/security/fwencrypt.html Regards, Minbugs ENJOY.........
  2. Heyyyyyyyy......... Need to perform some steps. Although as mention above windows xp repair or running sfc might help u, If still no go, u can try performing the following steps. If the ISAPNP.SYS file is still in your C:\Windows\System32\DRIVERS folder, the driver is corrupt. Rename the existing file and copy a new version from your WinXP installation CD. If the file is missing, then all you need to do is copy the file from your WinXP CD to the C:\Windows\System32\dRIVERS folder by typing the expand command: expand [CD drive letter]:\i386\isapnp.sy_ C:\win dows\system32\drivers\isapnp.sys. U need to try these commands in the DOS prompt. To go to the DOS window. Click Start-run-- Cmd. Surely it will resolve ur issue...... Regards, Minbugs......

  4. Heyyyyyyyy, Here is the answer for ur questions......... Need to perform the following steps...Im sure it will fix ur issue..... It happens when recently added program or driver( Although I knw u never made any changes to the computer) has caused the FastReboot default setting to change from 0 to 1.Could be a possibility an automatic windows update or driver updated created this issue. Click the Start button, click Run, and then type regedit in the Open box. Click OK. The Registry Editor window appears. Click the plus (+) sign next to each of the following keys: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE System CurrentControlSet Control Click Shutdown to highlight the folder. Double-click FastReboot in the right window pane, change the value from 1 to 0, and then click OK. Close the registry by clicking the [X] in the upper right corner. Click the Start button, click Shut Down, click Restart, and then click OK. When computer restarts, the changes will take effect. If the registry entry for the FastReboot option does not exist, perform he following steps to add the option: Click the Start button, click Run, and then type regedit in the Open box. Click OK. The Registry Editor window appears. Click the plus (+) sign next to each of the following keys: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE System CurrentControlSet Control Click Shutdown to highlight the folder. Right-click anywhere in the right window pane, click New and click String value. Name the new string FastReboot Double-click the new string in the right window, and change the value to 0, and click OK. Close the registry by clicking the [X] in the upper right corner. Click the Start button, click Shut Down, click Restart, and then click OK. When computer restarts, the changes will take effect. Regards, Minbugs21
