Tomcat76 Posted December 18, 2005 Posted December 18, 2005 Bugs Bunny:Switchless installers go in HFSVPK...
Tomcat76 Posted December 19, 2005 Posted December 19, 2005 User Profile Hive Cleanup Service is now OK for Win2K if you're willing to put up with it being installed right after the first logon. This is taken care of by the silent installer so just place "UPHC_2K.exe" in HFSVPK.
Bugs Bunny Posted December 20, 2005 Author Posted December 20, 2005 Thanks Tomcat76 - the classic skin works fine now.In step 5 I must have somehow overlooked the "HFSVPK Directory" headline and thus put it into HFSVPK_SW before...As soon as I have some time I'll test your silent installer for User Profile Hive Cleanup Service.HFSLIP_51218 seems to contain scrips for MS Base Smart Card HF / User Profile Hive Cleanup Service but does not seem to work.
tommyp Posted December 20, 2005 Posted December 20, 2005 Thanks Bugs. I think you found a "bug". Will post the fix in a bit.
