JASpurrier3 Posted December 9, 2005 Posted December 9, 2005 (edited) Does anyone know which file controls the color of the Blue Sreen of Death? I can't seem to find it through searching because so many are just error topics with the Blue Screen?I have also heard that Vista has a red screen of death. Is this true? If it is, do you know what file it is based in?Thanks for your input.-JASpurrier3 Edited December 9, 2005 by JASpurrier3

It appears that the majority of errors still are BSODs.
Gouki Posted February 8, 2006 Posted February 8, 2006 I cant say Im sorry ... But I dont see a BSOD for more than just a couple of months! :D
Angel Blue01 Posted February 8, 2006 Posted February 8, 2006 A program existed for changing the colors in a blue screen in Windows 9x by editing the win.ini file. Does not work in NT.
OtherworldBob Posted February 8, 2006 Posted February 8, 2006 I haven't tried this myself, but Google recommends this:Changing your BSOD coloursNo idea if it works, hope it helps anyway.
