Firefox CCK

Featured Replies

I am trying to create a new silent install for Firefox 1.5 using the firefox CCK from the Mozilla website, it says zip.exe must be in the path. The question I have is has anyone gotten an install of Firefox to work doing this and if so, where is zip.exe obtained from?

I understand that but I need to know what program it is because the parameters that are passed to it wont work if its not the correct program. I wish it said more where to get zip.exe from on the Mozilla site, but it does not.

try searching these forums for "silence of the foxes", it'll return a pretty usefull thread ;)

SOF doesnt work well for me. I am aware of it but it always generates errors when ran so I decided to try and go with the official product for the job.

@keytotime I have installed 7zip but the name of the executable is different. Should I just copy its executable and rename it zip.exe?

7zCon.sfx

7zFM.exe

7zG.exe
