Recover Windows administrator password

How can we Recover Windows administrator password from a 2000 p/server pc ?

it is urgent for some hardware eng... because they can easily recover without a reinstallation

help me ....

you can login with other accounts ? if yes, type 'net user Administrator "newpassword" ' in cmd ...

I don't know if that would really work on a server system...I think I might have to try that when I get to work.

You can also try Ultimate Boot CD 4 Windows. It has many tools including password recovery, antivirus, spyware removal tools, web browser, etc.
