I want to say from Windows updates under optional softwareA couple of things to look for.. Add/remove programs -> add remove components -> look for windows media playerGo to windows update and see if it is available under optional softwarego to start -> run -> wmplayer and hit ok.. if it is installed it should take you through the setup
