Easiest Way For News Page?

Featured Replies

Im n00b to all that complicated stuff (good at D/HTML though) but, I was wondering what would be the easiest way for a n00b to setup a news page, so members can post news on the homepage, I don't need a forum and all that. I'm currently running Ehostpros which support all of them features...Any suggestions?

Any help would be appreciated.
