MOMAtteo79 Posted September 24, 2005 Posted September 24, 2005 Whic part of xpize should i unistal to remove the red cross that appears when it ask confirmation for emptying recycle bin? i really don't like that X I'm a new user of Xpize, just installed it and i really like it.
dale5605 Posted September 25, 2005 Posted September 25, 2005 I personally don't like the x very much either. I think it could use a little sprucing up.
XPero Posted September 25, 2005 Posted September 25, 2005 Follow the same instructions as in this tipic:Turn off Avis
MOMAtteo79 Posted September 25, 2005 Author Posted September 25, 2005 So we have to manually edit dhe shell32 , mm better not make errors, but i think that in next version you can chose a better icon, as i think i'm not the only one who thinks that that one is not so beautiful..
XPero Posted September 25, 2005 Posted September 25, 2005 It is the XP "X" of Delete. I still think it is OK. What would be a better icon in your opinion?
MOMAtteo79 Posted September 25, 2005 Author Posted September 25, 2005 (edited) This site has the coolest icons i've ever seenhttp://www.foood.net/you can find some to use in future updates for sure, you should really think of ityeah i meant the red cross that appears when confirming deleting stuff in bin Edited September 25, 2005 by MOMAtteo79
Kelsenellenelvian Posted September 25, 2005 Posted September 25, 2005 (edited) Nevermind. Edited September 25, 2005 by kelsenellenelvian
StealthMonkey Posted October 21, 2005 Posted October 21, 2005 I agree. I've always like all the icons, there is just something about that red x that I don't like. :/
BoardBabe Posted October 21, 2005 Posted October 21, 2005 bit offtopic, is there a way to integrate them icons from foood.net into shell32.dll?
XPero Posted October 21, 2005 Posted October 21, 2005 There is a trick, replacing resources and forcing the Reloader to repatch shell32.
