I wanted to do the same thing, I ended up setting it up how i wanted it and exported the reg settings. Export this key

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Alexander Avdonin\TaskSwitchXP\2.0]

Yes it did. I didnt want the Tray Icon, so i disabled it and saved the Reg key and it wrked on my next UA Install
