Editing an ISO image

Hey everyone...

My boss has put me in charge of finding out the most efficient way of creating multiple ISO's with subtle differences without having to do each one manually. We are attempting to create DVDs of players in a football team, with each DVD having different video files but the same menu setup. Whats the best way?

Does ultraISO work with large files(2 or 4Gb+)? cause I made a dvd iso and would like to upgrade the readme.txt and help files with additionnal information, but when I tried to open it with winISO it did an error.

Yes UltraISO can handle HUGE images like DVD's.
