You're kidding right? The typical response is check out the guide and make one yourself. and anything you could download would likely be pirated anyway and not legal.

why do you want it to be ready for download off of any site? that is defintelly illegal and is considered as warez. please read the forum rules. also you cant just expect us to give you an unattended cd of xp for free or if you paid us. you will have to do it yourself and we can help you along the way.
