I often use Paint for precise cropping, it's very, very fast when you're regular

for pasting screenshots, rotating, and other minor stuff, I'd rather use IrfanView, from far

It's a small and fast image editor, I use it for simple editing.

If I need anything more complicated, I use Photoshop (still using 7.0).

Sometimes, specially in older machines i prefer to use mspaint more than Adobe Photoshop, which take longtime to load.
