alexanrs
Were WinME the first one to be installed? because it should...You can do this easily by editing the hidden+system file Boot.ini located in the root directory of the boot partition and add ME as an option... Or you can get a better boot loader.
jaclaz
Read here:http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showtopic=25365&hl=http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showtopic=52131Most probably your original boot.ini got corrupted, or you installed the newish BOOTMGR from Vista overwriting NTLDR.Please post which of the two you are using and where they are installed. Can you post details on HOW your hard disks/partitions are set, example:1st Disk:Partition 1 FAT16 Primary with windows MEPartition 2 Extended containing:Volume 1 FAT32 with windows 98Volume 2 NTFS with Win2kVolume 3 NTFS with WinXP2nd Disk:Partition 1 NTFS Primary with Server 2003Partition 2 NTFS Primary with VistaPlease post the exact steps you took while installing Vista. With those details it should be possible to help you.jaclaz Edited September 5, 2005 by jaclaz
