Please let me know how it goes. It is the codec pack sleepnmojo suggested to me.
DigeratiPrime Posted August 30, 2005 Posted August 30, 2005 MPC with FFDSHOW plays just about everything right?
matthewk Posted August 30, 2005 Author Posted August 30, 2005 MPC with FFDSHOW plays just about everything right?<{POST_SNAPBACK}>I'm not sure if ffdshow includes rm and qt support (anyone?). I use k-lite mega codec pack. I associate all the real and quicktime files with media player classic. I also install the plugins for firefox, so that I can view them in my browser.<{POST_SNAPBACK}>
ripken204 Posted August 30, 2005 Posted August 30, 2005 now how do u turn off overlay for mpc? ati's new driver is rly stupid and i have to turn off overlay to play videos.
Reino Posted September 25, 2005 Posted September 25, 2005 First of all, if you want to make use of my FilterPack, you have to disable the appropiate filters within the MPC options. Then it makes use of the FilterPack. And ripken204, what kind of media files were you trying to play then?
Scubar Posted September 26, 2005 Posted September 26, 2005 vlc wins hands down. never had a problem with it and has not been unable to play any file ive thrown at it. mpc ive had far to many problems with to use anymore.
