famattjr
For a long time I could just start up, walk away and I would be at the desktop. Now somehow the computer arrives at the Welcome Screen where I have to click on my own name (no password). I just can't recall how to solve that, I want to just skip this step, I am the only one who uses the computer.

ringfinger
Start > Run > type control userpasswords2Turn off the Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer option, and click OkAnother option isPowerToys and then TweakUI within PowerToys. Very good program with a lot of tweaks for windows.

Sonic
This is caused by .NET FrameWork, it creates a new user ASPNET , disable or remove this user and it's okay, or use .NET FrameWork repackaged by RyanVM.The "AutoLogon" is a solution too ...Goodbye.
