dale5605 Posted August 7, 2005 Share Posted August 7, 2005 This topic is kind of funny. I have 160gb of hard disk and it comes out to 152gb as well. This is perfectly normal. Like it's already been said before it's because of the 1000 to 1024 thing. There is no way to get that space back because it isn't there. ripken204 Posted August 8, 2005 Share Posted August 8, 2005 well it wouldt be 152gigs, it would be 160they only way to do it with no folders is to make the boot cd's for partition magic, then run it off of the floppys it will make, then delete everything and then it will all be unparted so u just need to format itso it all worked? no 8 gigs left over? Technoguy Posted August 8, 2005 Share Posted August 8, 2005 Your 8Mo avaible partition is due to windows partition manager and can be modified but with another partition manager.heh mouvda is this space reserved for some specific purpose?if yes for what?btw can u edit that thing with partition magic?
